Steve Jurvetson, a billionaire investor, has set a new record for the most expensive home in Lake Tahoe by purchasing a waterfront estate for $125 million. Jurvetson has also acquired additional properties in the area, including a neighboring parcel for $7 million and another mansion for $46 million. The Incline Village property features six bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, and the sale was conducted off-market.
