San Jose approved $7.3 million in Measure E funds for a very low-income affordable housing development in South San Jose. The project will provide housing for very low-income and extremely low-income families.
Charities Housing, committed to deep housing affordability, will construct the 48-apartment project with funding from multiple sources including the city and Santa Clara County.
