Dollinger Properties has acquired the former Orchard Supply Hardware store site in San Jose for $7.3 million. The site spans 44,600 square feet and occupies a 4.3-acre parcel with surface parking. The hardware store closed in 2018 after Orchard Supply Hardware filed for bankruptcy, and although some closed locations were reopened, this site has remained unused.
