Funding falls through for Santa Clara County mental health facilities - San Jose Spotlight
Briefly

Santa Clara County did not receive any funding from Governor Gavin Newsom's $3.3 billion Proposition 1 grants to bolster its mental health facilities, even as he urged counties to enhance their services.
