"When Rancho Bella Vista is completed in about 10 years, it will have 2,580 homes, condominiums, town houses and rental apartments, 10 acres of office space, a school, park, lake with clubhouse and about 150 acres of natural open space, according to Warren Toman, president of the Toman Co."
"A 34-acre lake, stocked for fishing, is to be the centerpiece of the community, master planned by the Granada Group of Irvine. Also in the plans is a 10-acre elementary school site and a five-acre park; about one-fourth, or 150 acres of the new community, will be natural open space through the preservation of the Tucalota Creek."
"Ground breaking is scheduled in early 1988 on master improvements, including extending Murrieta Hot Springs Road and enhancing the natural lake, with first move-ins planned for late 1988."
