After nearly five years as a successful pop-up, Koolfi Creamery, the small-batch ice cream maker known for artisanal flavors like mango lassi and salted caramel studded with Mysore pak ghee fudge, has opened its first brick and mortar.Koolfi Creamery & Cafe is now open at 599 MacArthur Blvd., in San Leandro, the city where married owners Priti Narayanan and Madhuri "Mads" Anji first started the business out of their 1940s bungalow back in 2018.
