The dining world's prestigious Michelin Guide has named 10 more Southern California restaurants as "new discoveries" - a prelude to the release in July of its coveted California stars.The finds include sushi restaurants, a contemporary Italian place, a cafe using ancient cooking methods and a coastal spot serving seafood and Continental cuisine.
