After 73 years, LA's most iconic doughnuts are finally coming to the Bay Area
Briefly

Randy's Donuts is set to open its first Northern California location in Santa Clara, expanding its iconic brand known for quality and community. Franchisee group Sweet Rings LLC, led by Adeel Siddiqui, plans to open this location by the third quarter of 2025. Additional locations in San Jose, Redwood City, and Fremont are also planned, although timelines for them are not yet established. Siddiqui, who first tasted Randy's in 2007, sees great potential in the Bay Area's tech hub for this expansion.
We're incredibly excited to bring Randy's Donuts to the Bay Area. Randy's is more than just a donut shop - it's a cultural icon with an unmatched legacy of quality and community.
This is a tech hub. This is where the diverse demographic is, right? It gives us an opportunity to expand anywhere, really - east, north, west.
I was near LAX with a friend and he said, 'You've never had Randy's Donuts?' Siddiqui tried the pillowy, sweet treat and was hooked.
As for the location, Siddiqui said Santa Clara just made sense for the trio - both personally and logistically.
