The storm will bring snowfall rates of 2 to 4 inches per hour at times. It's really going to pile up pretty quickly and make things nasty.
We're just going to be dealing with cold rain and cloudy, dreary conditions. We are expecting some nuisance-type flooding that goes along with this as well.
