During the seventh test flight of SpaceX's Starship, the upper stage was lost in a "rapid unscheduled disassembly," whereas the booster successfully landed back on the pad.
The FAA issued a warning designating the area as "dangerous" post-explosion, cautioning about falling debris from the Starship and causing flight diversions near Turks and Caicos.
