Dawn Aerospace is proving that spaceplanes aren't rocket science
Briefly

Dawn Aerospace aims to break records by flying above the Kármán line, reaching altitudes of 100km twice in a day, with its reusable rocket-powered Mk-II Aurora aircraft.
While planes have seldom crossed the Kármán line, Dawn Aerospace plans to achieve this milestone using a suborbital aircraft, promising affordable space access for research and payload transportation.
The startup's ambitious goal includes surpassing speeds and altitudes achieved by fighter jets and supersonic reconnaissance planes, aiming for faster performance than an SR-71 Blackbird by the end of 2025.
