The San Jose Sharks have sent forwards Thomas Bordeleau and Shakir Mukhamadullin to the AHL's San Jose Barracuda as both are recovering from injuries.
Bordeleau, a second-round pick in 2020, recorded 25 points in 35 AHL games last season, while Mukhamadullin contributed 34 points in 55 games.
This assignment is intended to help both players regain fitness and potentially return to play for the Sharks later in the season.
The Barracuda, currently sporting a 3-1 record, will benefit from adding these two skilled players to their lineup.
