Following the game, he discovered that his car was struck by the Rangers' team bus while it was backing into the players' parking lot. Though minor damage occurred, he wasn't in the vehicle at the time. Celebrini remains a strong contender for the Calder Trophy, being the Sharks' second-leading scorer. The team quickly departed for Los Angeles after the game.
