SF Giants finally crack 4 runs, lose anyway as Logan Webb is roughed up by Phillies
Briefly

Attacking the Phillies' slugger carefully all night, Webb elevated a 1-1 changeup just enough, catching just enough of the plate, so that Harper was able to barrel it up and send it into the bullpens in right-center field, putting the game out of reach for the Giants, who lost for the fifth time in six games on this trip.
The Phillies made Webb work, fouling off 20 of his 98 pitches. When his pitches weren't fouled back, too often they were just missing the strike zone of home plate umpire Edwin Moscoso, who got an earful from pitching coach Bryan Price during a mound visit.
