It was an expected and rational decision to not go for broke or break the team apart. I think we're currently seeing the dream rotation come together for the first time this season.
If they can keep the momentum going, there's no reason they can't be contenders for a Wild Card spot. They're only four and a half games out in a pretty close race all around.
