Commanders' home renamed Northwest Stadium
Briefly

The Washington Commanders have secured an eight-year naming rights deal with Northwest Federal Credit Union, transitioning from FedEx Field to Northwest Stadium by September 15.
After securing a new naming rights deal, the Commanders are still exploring a new stadium in 2030. Owner Josh Harris has invested $70 million in stadium upgrades.
FedEx ended its relationship with the Commanders as the naming rights holder due to an ownership change, but did so two years ahead of their contract expiration.
The financial terms of the new deal were not disclosed, but it's believed to average over $7.5 million annually, exceeding the previous FedEx agreement.
