"Lee stayed in the game and played in right field for the seventh inning, but was removed from the game in the eighth inning for Jerar Encarnacion."
"The Giants didn't say what the injury was to Lee before they finished off the 3-1 win over the Dodgers."
During a game, Jung Hoo Lee of the San Francisco Giants was injured while attempting to score. Dodgers catcher Dalton Rushing was caught on camera dismissing Lee's injury with a crude remark. After Lee's awkward slide at home plate, he appeared to be in pain but continued to play until he was removed in the eighth inning. The Giants did not disclose the nature of Lee's injury. Rushing's comment may lead to heightened tensions in the ongoing series between the teams.
