The Giants will look to salvage a win as they finish off their series against the Phillies after three varying levels of disappointing losses. Personally, I hope they succeed.
Mason Black, one of the Giants' top prospects, will be making his MLB debut as the starting pitcher. He has been impressive in AAA Sacramento with a 1.01 ERA and 29 strikeouts in 26.2 innings.
The Phillies have All-Star righty Zack Wheeler on the mound, who has a 1.91 ERA this season and has given up just one run in his last three starts. The Giants will face a tough challenge against him.
