Michael Escolas, 42, of Oxford, stands accused of motor vehicle manslaughter and a range of other charges following a tragic four-vehicle crash that left a 10-year-old child dead.
Escolas allegedly stole a Jeep Grand Cherokee before driving intoxicated down Route 1 and crashing into a family vehicle, resulting in the death of a child and serious injuries.
The court has imposed a $100,000 cash bail on Escolas, with strict conditions including no driving and the requirement of at-home alcohol testing amidst the grave allegations.
