Deebo Samuel remained down on the field after a nine-yard catch and run on the 49ers' opening drive and was tackled by Packers linebacker Quay Walker. Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander's helmet impacted Samuel's on the play.
Samuel didn't remain on the sideline long. He returned to the locker room well ahead of halftime. The 49ers ruled the receiver out at the start of the third quarter. Samuel's night is done.
