What can the team do to find its missing rhythm? I think the last good game where all three phases worked well together was on Dec. 17 against the Arizona Cardinals. That's more than a month of football without looking good and in rhythm. - David P.
The 49ers were essentially in the garage for a few weeks. Yes, the starters prepared like they were playing the Los Angeles Rams in the regular-season finale and the team had spirited practices during the bye. But it's not the same as the game.
