San Francisco Bay Ferry will run enhanced weekend schedules system-wide on Saturday and Sunday, October 11–12, 2025, to accommodate large crowds traveling to Fleet Weekend. A special Richmond Scenic one-hour ferry departs Richmond at 3:00 p.m., loops between Angel Island and Alcatraz, cruises under the Golden Gate Bridge, and arrives downtown at 4:00 p.m. The Richmond Scenic trip provides front-seat waterfront views of the Fleet Week air show, with the Canadian Snowbirds replacing the Blue Angels in 2025. Tickets for the Richmond Scenic trip cost $4.90 one-way, must be purchased in advance, and are valid only for that trip.
