The annual event honors members of the LGBTQIA+ community who have led by example in making San Francisco a more dynamic, vibrant, and interesting place to live.
The night's top honor was presented to Peter Berlin. His camera, which he used to take many of the images that made him an icon, was installed on permanent display at The Academy's Legends Archive.
Also honored were the following community award recipients: Carolyn Wysinger, Exemplar; Terry Asten Bennett, Bridge Builder; and West Walker, The Architect Award.
