Information for Alatini is not available in jail booking records. The victim has not yet been identified. Two days prior, on Feb. 9, an East Bay rapper was fatally shot in the Rincon Hill neighborhood after the Super Bowl, and on Jan. 30 a juvenile girl was also fatally killed in a triple shooting near Jefferson Square Park."
