Yeah, so we've got 58 percent of the land use in the neighborhood is residential. Only about 28 percent is office. And I think there's been an intentionality to kind of get that balance right.
The pandemic has really caused us to rethink how center cities operate, and I think what I'm hearing is a call across the country really to adapt and change, become more resilient, to be able to withstand these kinds of shocks, but also to transition to something else.
