A pileup involving 19 vehicles on Highway 101 in San Francisco led to harsh traffic jams for Wednesday morning commuters, according to California Highway Patrol.The incident was reported at 6:49 a.m. on southbound Highway 101 just after the Cesar Chavez Street off-ramp, CHP San Francisco Public Information Officer Mark Andrews confirmed to Bay Area News Group Wednesday morning.
