San Francisco fire crews rescue woman clinging to cliff above crashing waves

A woman fell over a cliff near the Cliff House in San Francisco and became stuck on the rocks with crashing waves below. Fire crews responded to the scene, where the woman was found clinging to the rocks while wearing a bikini and no shoes. A firefighter rappelled down to her, secured her with ropes and a helmet, and successfully brought her back to safety. She was then transported to a hospital for evaluation.
