The Menlo Park City Council will see a race between perennial candidate Greg Conlon and Library Commissioner Jennifer Wise for the District 5 seat this November.
Councilwoman Maria Doerr, who had been appointed in January 2023, announced her decision not to run for reelection due to work-related commitments and personal circumstances.
District 3's current seat holder, Councilwoman Jen Wolosin, also will not be seeking reelection, leaving the race open to only Environmental Quality Commissioner Jeff Schmidt.
