California Highway Patrol A big rig overturned on eastbound lanes of the Bay Bridge on Tuesday afternoon, creating "major delays" for commuters trying to exit San Francisco during rush hour.The California Highway Patrol said in tweets just after 4:30 p.m. that four eastbound lanes are closed due to the rollover that happened just ahead of the Treasure Island exits.
