The San Francisco District Attorney's Office has decided against pressing charges against a Walgreens security guard accused of fatally shooting a suspected shoplifter last month.In announcing the decision on Monday, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins cited insufficient evidence before releasing surveillance footage of the encounter, which unfolded on April 27 at a drugstore in downtown San Francisco.
