Four people were aboard the home-built Cozy Mark IV plane when it crashed at 7:04 p.m. shortly after taking off from the Half Moon Bay Airport, according to the National Transportation Safety Board.Emma Willmer-Shiles, a 27-year-old San Francisco resident whose body was found in the water by a fisherman on Jan. 15, is the only other person who's been identified by authorities as of Thursday.
Zimmern was an alumnus of UC Santa Cruz and Lowell High School in San Francisco, according to his LinkedIn page.
