BART service across the Transbay Tube resumed in full Friday morning, following an earlier temporary shutdown to service across the bay caused by emergency repairs to a track, the agency said.The resumption of full service happened at 8:10 a.m., some three hours after the agency recommended to its customers that they seek alternate ways to cross the Bay.
