"At around 7:44 p.m., police officers were notified of a stolen vehicle, according to a spokesperson from the police department. Soon after, they attempted to make a traffic stop at 24th and Capp streets. The car then fled and crashed into another car in front of the Napper Tandy bar, just one block away. The two suspects fled from the collision site and the police officers pursued them by foot."

This is not the first collision at the 24th Street and South Van Ness Avenue intersection. In February, an SUV crashed into the Napper Tandy parklet during a police chase, injuring six people."
