Police say it all started before 7:30 a.m., when officers spotted a stolen vehicle near Geary Boulevard and St. Joseph's Avenue. During the chase, police say an SFPD car crashed into another car in the area of Pine and Divisadero Streets."

Officers first spotted the stolen vehicle before 7:30 a.m. near Geary Boulevard and St. Joseph's Avenue and initiated a chase. During the pursuit, an SFPD patrol car collided with another vehicle in the area of Pine and Divisadero Streets. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with injuries but is expected to be OK. The two officers were assessed medically at the scene and did not require hospital transport. Police later located the suspect's car abandoned in Oakland. No arrests have been made.
