An SUV was driving on 14th Street between Ramona Avenue and Guerrero when the passengers heard a noise like a 'bomb went off,' and saw the hole behind them.
John Cote, a spokesperson for SPUC, told SFGATE that the agency's Sewer Spot Repair team is on the scene responding to a 'void under the street' that caused the hole in the asphalt.
