""Let's go, Turtle Tower. Let's go, San Francisco.""
Turtle Tower reopened in March in San Francisco's Financial District after closing its last location in 2023. The restaurant is known for Hanoi-style pho and expects to open a second location in Cow Hollow at 3145 Fillmore in late February. Turtle Tower originally opened in 1999 and once operated four locations across the city. Entrepreneurs Arash Ghanadan and Hilwin Wong revived the brand under a hospitality group that owns Novela and Barbarossa. The Financial District location features a full bar and a broader menu of Hanoi street food served until 3 a.m. The expansion aims to honor roots while reaching a new generation of San Franciscans.
