"The building houses former homeless people in recovery from behavioral health disorders - and the victim was living on the straight and narrow, a law enforcement source said. The suspect, who police say lives in a house about three blocks away, was a 'persistent problem in the building,' the source said."
"The city Medical Examiner's office ruled his death a homicide on Feb. 6 and cops arrested Gonzalez on Feb. 25. She remains held without bail until her next appearance in Queens Criminal Court April 28. She is charged with murder and criminal obstruction of breathing."
