It's a cool, sleek, turnkey house. These are not have-to-sell sellers, so maybe they just want to wait it out for the right price. Sometimes these things have to be massaged.
When the property first came on the market at just under $22 million, it was priced too aggressively. Since then, it has been reduced multiple times. It's now stale. In my opinion, it is worth $16.5 to $17 million.
