"I'd like to change the kitchen and the flooring as well, but to start with, I think the bathrooms and laundry need the most work," Stuti explains.
"There's still room for her to add equity over time," Davis says.
In the end, Stuti loves the home and the upgrades—and Lamb and Davis assure her she's made a great investment.
