Big money changed hands in Cornwall, CT, due to the massive sale of tennis legend Ivan Lendl's grand estate.
The $12 million transaction is the most ever paid for a home in Litchfield County, which is in the northwestern part of the state. The Georgian-Federal-style home was designed for Lendl by architect Allan Greenberg in 1992.
