Price per square foot in the city decreased 1.5% month-over-month, larger than the national per-square-foot decline of 1.2%. Active listings totaled 758, down 14.5% from October and 30.6% year-over-year. New listings numbered 308, falling 36.1% month-over-month and 2.5% year-over-year. National active inventory fell 2.5% to 1,072,266 and new national listings fell 14.1% to 330,908. Homes in San Francisco averaged 67 days on market, compared with 64 days nationally.
