FBI Assistant Director in Charge James E. Dennehy stated, "The Alexander brothers allegedly conspired using their wealth and status to prey on innocent women, coercing them into engaging in sexual acts. Predators forcefully coercing victims into sexual acts cannot and will not be tolerated."
The indictment alleges that the Alexander brothers repeatedly and violently sexually assaulted dozens of female victims over more than a decade, with some women incapacitated by drugs.
Prosecutors claim the brothers used their substantial wealth and prominence to conduct the alleged assaults, both individually and collaboratively.
Allegations in civil lawsuits include shocking claims such as taking turns raping a woman in a Hamptons mansion, which the Alexander brothers have denied as meritless.
