The owners of Erewhon sold their Malibu mansion for $15.5 million, below the $16 million asking price, after purchasing it in 2020 for $10.6 million.
In 2023, the Antoci couple acquired a $20 million property in Malibu, following the sale of their former mansion. They also own a $30 million Brentwood mansion.
Erewhon, known for $20 celebrity-branded smoothies and luxurious offerings, expanded to 10 locations offering a high-end lifestyle experience beyond just groceries.
The Antocis sold a minority stake in Erewhon to Stripes Group in 2019, hinting at future expansions outside Los Angeles. Their upscale pricing has enabled real estate investments.
