This development is unique to the region because the Fredericksburg area of Texas is known as the wine region, which is what inspired the owners' project. There are four wine-barrel cabins on-site that were built in 2023. They started to begin rentals last summer, and it has become a very popular short-term rental property.
The Chardonnay barrel features more white and has gold and champagne tones. The Rosé barrel has pink and blush tones. Tempranillo was designed with purples and burgundies, and Cabernet features deep burgundy, maroons, and reds.
The current sellers are just a sweet family who decided to make this their adventure. The next buyer could certainly live in the larger home and rent out the wine-barrel cabins.
