Opinion: Outgoing Saratoga mayor reflects on commitment to community
Briefly

I am deeply grateful for the privilege of serving Saratoga—a strong, vibrant and caring community. Every day, I am inspired by the residents, businesses and organizations that make Saratoga a place we are all proud to call home.
These groups, along with many others, enrich the fabric of our city and embody the spirit of service that defines Saratoga.
Their contributions remind us why Saratoga remains so special. Events such as the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and our unique Interfaith Thanksgiving Service continue to unite us, celebrate diversity and foster a profound sense of togetherness.
A highlight was serving on the executive board of the Hakone Foundation, advocating for Hakone Estate and Gardens as a premier cultural and artistic venue.
