Twelve years ago, Supervisor Mar came running in during a debate to announce a plan was underway. Now our supervisor, during an election year, is again saying a plan is underway. Problem then and now is that it's private property.
Enforcement of illegal dumping, ensuring city trash cans are never overflowing, sidewalk cleaning, immediate graffiti removal, increased street cleaning frequency, maintaining the Geary median, and neighborhood tree upkeep are proposed actions.
