A recent executive order signed by President Trump aims to consolidate federal agency contracting work under the General Services Administration (GSA). GSA's leadership announced plans to incorporate approximately $400 billion in domestic goods and services over the next months, expanding its current operations significantly. The Office of Management and Budget and the Office of Personnel Management are among the agencies currently being onboarded. GSA is focused on streamlining procurement processes and emphasizes potential cost savings through centralized purchasing efforts.
Over the coming months, we are going to ingest all domestic, commercial goods and services inside the GSA. We're going to quadruple our size.
We now feel as though we have a very mobilized operational process to onboard and ingest procurement from around the government.
