Spencer Pratt has relied heavily on social media, including an appearance by podcaster Joe Rogan. Rae Huang has engaged students through college tables offering free pizza and has sought local media coverage. Mayor Karen Bass and Nithya Raman drew strong local interest at a Sherman Oaks Homeowners Association debate. The League of Women Voters and Pat Brown Institute canceled a May 13 debate originally planned for Fox 11, after Bass withdrew and Raman followed, leaving Huang and Adam Miller. Polling showed Huang at 4% and Miller at 7%.
