Los Gatos 'Party Mom' who hosted high school sex parties learns her fate: 'I am ashamed'

A Los Gatos mother was convicted on 48 felony counts and additional misdemeanors involving child endangerment and furnishing alcohol to minors. She was found to have orchestrated illicit sex parties for a group of teens, including her son, at her home and in vacation rentals during the 2020-2021 school year. Prosecutors alleged widespread sexual assaults occurred under her supervision, with teens being given large amounts of alcohol and watched as they engaged in lewd acts. Victims told the court they had no escape from the parties and that teenage girls were treated as sex objects. She received the maximum sentence of 35 years and 10 months and has been held in jail since October 2021.

"My actions are the cause for your pain and I am ashamed. And I face every day knowing that I was the cause. I am not sorry for myself, I am sorry for all of you and what I put you through. But as I look at you all today, I hope you can find some comfort knowing that I have been punished and will continue to be for years to come."
