"Jeff Rosen, Santa Clara County district attorney, said at a news conference Wednesday afternoon that O'Connor would face at least 30 years in prison pending aggravating factors still to be considered by a judge on March 11."
Shannon Marie O'Connor, a 51-year-old Los Gatos resident known as the "party mom," was found guilty on 48 felony and misdemeanor charges related to hosting alcohol-fueled parties where she pressured underage girls to engage in sexual activity with boys she helped intoxicate. The charges include child endangerment, misdemeanor sexual battery, and two felony sex counts. Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen announced O'Connor faces at least 30 years in prison, with sentencing scheduled for March 26. The incidents occurred between June 1, 2020, and May 3, 2021. O'Connor was originally indicted on 20 felony and 43 misdemeanor counts in November 2023.
